The other day, Keith Olbermann showed a Katrina timeline - a montage of video/soundbytes featuring victims and perpetrators in abundance. About 1:20 in, w is shown in Arizona saying:

I want the folks there on the Gulf Coast to know that the federal government is prepared to help you when the storm passes.
